Start by findind a quiet place, where you can take 1-3-5 minutes to yourself.
Take a deep breath.... Slowly exhale while relaxing your musles, repeat again one more time, feel your musles relax... one more deep breath and exhale the stresss, the worries... and let go of any thought that may be bothering you at this moment...
Take a breath, claim the serenity of this moment... take a breath.... enjoy the peace, the relaxation.. -repeat as needed - remain on this state as long as you want and when you are ready just thank your mind, your body and soul for this moment in time, take a deep breath, come back into the room or the place you are at, come into to your body, bring your hands together, and continue to your activities in a more calm, and serene state.
June is already here! Can you believe it? A few more days and we're in the second half of the year!!
I don't know about you, but this is the time I get to thinking about whether I'm going to reach my goals this year, how it's all going and what I need to do to make sure everything is on track.

Boundaries - Saying no
There are those times when it is okay to gracefully say NO. Let's face it, you can't always pleased everyone and why pleased those people who always seek to meet their own agenda without contributing to yours in any way?
Building HEALTHY boundaries and saying no is okay, and it will likely reduce your stress on the long run, among other emotional, spiritual and even physical benefits. Your time is valuable, choose who you spend it with and save the "yes to.." for those that value you and care for you.
Boundaries are not only healthy but necessary. It means you respect and honor yourself.
We are our best resource and our worse judge.
Stop judging. Look withing you and provide your soul what it needs today, love yourself a little more today. Nurture yourself today a little more.
