Start by findind a quiet place, where you can take 1-3-5 minutes to yourself.
Take a deep breath.... Slowly exhale while relaxing your musles, repeat again one more time, feel your musles relax... one more deep breath and exhale the stresss, the worries... and let go of any thought that may be bothering you at this moment...
Take a breath, claim the serenity of this moment... take a breath.... enjoy the peace, the relaxation.. -repeat as needed - remain on this state as long as you want and when you are ready just thank your mind, your body and soul for this moment in time, take a deep breath, come back into the room or the place you are at, come into to your body, bring your hands together, and continue to your activities in a more calm, and serene state.
