THOUGHTS, ATTITUDES, and ACTION towards what you want can be the most powerful tools to assist you in achieving success in different areas in your life.
Every aspect of life changes, finances, career, physical and emotional health, relationships … even the environment, sometimes these are all great and sometimes we face challenging times,
which can range from what some may see as ridiculous to the life-threatening events that can be devastating at times. According to Charles Swndoll; “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” I believe most of us can agree with on this. I myself have had my own challenging times and strongly agree with that quote, I have to make the most of every situation even during devastating times. While thinking about what to write about today, Hope, Optimism and Humor came to mind, you see they are very good friends of mine and have helped me on many occasions.
With HOPE comes a POSITIVE attitude, hope can open your mind up to considering a wide range of possibilities, and adjust your THOUGHTS aligning with a better perspective, creating OPTIMISM, making people see the good side of things and more likely to SUCCEED. Optimistic people put themselves in a better position to get good social support, encouragement and feedback. They are also more likely to become aware at an earlier stage if things are going wrong, when things go wrong, optimists are less likely to give up, they are more RESILIENT and PERSISTANT. Some say it boosts the IMMUNE system.
HUMOR can help to diffuse situations, it is not for everyone, but everyone should try it. This strategy allows some people to cope better with otherwise uncomfortable situations. Humor makes you LAUGH and helps to get things into a better perspective. It can be HEALING. Try LAUGHING and being anxious at the same time, IT’S just IMPOSSIBLE!
Do you see challenging times as a problem or as an opportunity? There are times when you need to change your perspective and see the opportunities ahead of you instead of seen the problem. The tools we elect to use at a times can vary based on what the opportunity is.

While Hope, Optimism and Humor alone will not solve your problems, they can all at least help to raise your spirits.
